REFUND POLICY

1. REFUNDS
This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and to one-time digital purchases (such as the Draft Kit) made through Regression Candidate. This Refund Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined in this Refund Policy have the meanings given in the Terms of Service. If this Refund Policy conflicts with the Terms of Service, this Refund Policy controls with respect to refunds and credits. Our products provide access to digital content and analytics immediately upon purchase. Except as set out below or as required by applicable law, all sales are final, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or for content that has already been made available to you.
2. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you will retain access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by applicable law. You will not be charged again after you cancel.
3. ONE-TIME PURCHASES
One-time purchases, including the Draft Kit, provide access to digital content immediately upon successful payment. By completing your purchase, you request and consent to immediate access and acknowledge that, because access is provided immediately, the purchase is non-refundable once access has been provided, except as set out below or as required by applicable law (including any mandatory withdrawal or cooling-off rights that apply to you).
4. EXCEPTIONS
Notwithstanding the above, we may provide a refund, credit, or other correction, in our discretion, where: (a) you were charged in duplicate for the same product; (b) you were charged in error; (c) a technical failure on our side prevented access to paid content from being made available to you; or (d) a refund is required by applicable law. We may deny refund requests we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith, and we may require information reasonably necessary to verify your purchase, identity, and eligibility. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend or terminate access to the applicable product(s) while the dispute is pending. Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your state or country of residence.
5. REFUND METHOD
If we approve a refund, we will issue it to the original payment method used for the purchase (or, if that is not possible, by another method we determine in our discretion). Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and other factors. We may require additional information to verify your purchase and eligibility before processing any refund.
